Prior to practicing Real Estate as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, I was a controller in the Investment Banking Industry and provided accounting services, consulting with small business establishments. I also have an excess of 27 years’ experience in the wholesale mortgage industry which keeps me current on financing options for today’s buyers. I have over 21 years competitive experience in real estate as a broker/owner. During the first 7 years of my real estate practice, I was an exclusive buyers agent as the transition from my mortgage business was sought with less conflicts staying on the buyer side of the transaction. I participated in commercial financing and small commercial real estate transactions, broadening the scope of my experience outside of residential real estate. I didn’t realize the advantage this experience would prove to be as the years went by and the local markets changed. Looking back from when I first entered the real estate industry to today, I am grateful to those who encouraged me to expand my business focus and all that participated along the way supporting my efforts to surpass my personal and professional goals. I pay it forward by giving back as much as I can to my industry, as well as, investing in the success of my team of licensed agents. I feel the mark of success is not measured by the volume of business transacted. It is through meeting the goals of your clients and effectively supporting those who have been an integral part of your success. Commitment to my profession and overall community of spirit found through my volunteering efforts has expanded my career family filled with a newfound respect.
